Cameren and Juni....'08

This is my sister Becky. She'll kill me if she ever finds out

I posted her picture! Becky is my only sister...and no matter

what she tells you...she is my OLDER sister!!! (inside joke)

I have learned a lot from her over the years, she cooked, she

baked, she canned, croheted, and raised three great kids.

I liked to think we have learned from each other too...like

I think she may have learned from me that its not all that

bad to be a bit un-organized...to just go with the flow!!! :)

"Weekend Getaway"

Thanksgiving weekend, my sister Becky, my grand-daughter Juniper and myself, headed to Minneapolis to meet Becky's daughter Christine and her daughter, Annalise. Christine was a judge for the Miss Minnesota USA pageant. Our "job" was to babysit 2 year old Annalise.

We all went to the St Paul Children's Museum. Oh what fun the little girls (and big girls too) had!
Annalise loved the water activites. Juniper had a great time playing in their make believe restaurant.
Then it was off to the indoor playground. Lots of fun activites in their gymnasium. The bouncing tent was a hit. Annalise though was fixed on the cones and seeing how many she could stack. Juniper enjoyed the giant "treehouse" with all the tunnels, slides and all places to hide!
By the end of the day...we were all pretty pooped!!! (especially the grandmas) It was time for getting cozy in our pjs and watching Barney movies. Then lights outs!!!
